REPORT OF 50th SESSION (September 2025)

Conclusions of the fiftieth session of the High-level Committee on Management (HLCM) that took place on 30 September and 1 October 2025, and was generously hosted by the International Atomic Energy Agency at its headquarters in Vienna. Issues discussed included: Delivering Under Pressure - UN System Leadership in the Current Context of Financial Constraints, Reform Imperatives and Challenges to Multilateralism, and the HLCM Far-Reaching Efficiency Initiatives (FREIs); Independent Review of the UN Security Management System; ICSC Review of the UN System Compensation Package; and Outcome of the Review on the International Computing Centre (ICC).
