At its 39th session in March 2020, the High-Level Committee on Management (HLCM) mandated the Cross-Functional Task Force on Risk Management to develop guidance for UN organizations on how to best manage fraud risk. This document is intended to focus on three priority area of Managing Fraud Risk.
