Report of an intersessional meeting of the High-level Committee on Programmes (Geneva). Issues discussed included: Financing for development: Secretary-General’s report to the General Assembly; Review of the status of the work: Task Group on 2005 comprehensive review of the implementation of the Millennium Declaration, Task Force on HIV/AIDS, food security and governance; Follow-up to the HLCP and Board discussions on issues related to the World Summit on Sustainable Development; Approaches in elaborating a communication strategy for the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination.
