Information on upcoming retreat of HR Directors and ICSC; Updates of initiatives undertaken by organizations, HLCM Dialogue with Staff Federations, Cost-sharing for salary surveys, Relocation and Security Evacuation under the Security Level System (SLS). Issues under consideration by ICSC such as: Performance management, Hazard/Danger pay, Standards of conduct, Education grant methodology: minimum eligibility age for the receipt of the grant, Base/floor salary scale and review of staff assessment rates used in conjunction with gross salaries, Evolution of the UN/US net remuneration margin, Mobility/hardship scheme, Survey and report on diversity in the UN common system , Proposed agenda for the 34th session of ACPAQ, Harmonization of the conditions of service for staff serving in non-family duty stations (Rest and recuperation framework and Establishing unified special operations living allowance rates (SOLA)), Designation of non-family duty stations, Monitoring of implementation of decisions/recommendations of ICSC, Application of the ICSC Job Classification Standards.
