The Administrative Committee on Coordination (ACC) composed of the Executive Heads of all United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programmes as well as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), committed themselves to a united effort to tackle development challenges arising from globalization and the adverse effects of the financial crisis.

ACC Press release: ACC endorses general thrust of Secretary-General's report on Africa (31 October 1998)

The Executive Heads of the United Nations Funds and Programmes and Specialized Agencies, and of the Bretton Woods Institutions unanimously endorsed the general thrust of the Secretary-General's report on "The Causes of Conflict and the Promotion of Durable Peace and Sustainable Development on Africa".

CEB Press communiqué: Unified United Nations response to the global food price challenge (29 April 2008)

Following the conclusion of the first regular session of the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination (CEB) for 2008, chaired by the Secretary-General, held at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) headquarters in Bern, on 28 April 2008.

Executive heads exchanged views on current developments, including the rise in global food prices, and staff security and safety. Following its deliberations on global food prices, the Chief Executives Board issued a communiqué on a unified United Nations response to the global food price challenge,

CEB Press communiqué on the Global Financial and Economic Crisis (Paris, France 05 April 2009)

The communiqué was adopted by the Executive Heads at the CEB spring session retreat held in Paris on 5 April 2009, emphasizing the need to assist countries and the global community to confront the crisis, accelerate recovery, and build a fair and inclusive system of globalization based on sustainable, economic, social and environmental development for all, while facing the future in a spirit of conviction of the need for transformational change.

ACC Press release: Statement of commitment for Action to Eradicate Poverty (20 May 1998)

Executive Heads of the organizations of the United Nations system reaffirm that poverty eradication - a main underlying theme of recent global conferences - is a key international commitment, and a central objective of the United Nations system. They commit themselves collectively to undertake a renewed effort to concert policy approaches and give new impetus to collaborative actions by the United Nations organizations and agencies in this crucial area.
