Session Report

Second Regular Session Report (8-9 November 2017, New York)

This report summarizes discussions held on: the state of the world; implications of frontier technologies on the work of the UN system; and proposals by the Secretary-General on reform in the areas of management, peace and security, and repositioning of the UN development system. The Board also endorsed the reports of the Board's Committees: HLCM (34th session) and HLCP (34th session), as well as the Analytical Framework on Risk and Resilience.
