Conclusions of the Fourth Session of the High Level Committee on Management’s Procurement Network (HLCM PN), Rome, 3-5 September 2008. The Session included updates from the Working Groups on Harmonisation, Professionalisation, and Vendor Management (UNGM, UNCCS and Vendor Suspension). Other topics discussed were The Nemeth Report: Privileges and Immunities Implications, and the Draft Joint Inspection Note (JIU) on Corporate Consultancies in the UN System.
